№ 001 — About Estaio

A workspace for the agents
who care.

Estaio is the modern workspace for real estate agents and brokerages. We're building the quiet, considered tool the industry stopped making — designed around the agent's actual workflow, and the trust their client places in them.

What Estaio is

Clients remember how you showed them homes.

Right now that usually means text messages and forwarded links.

Estaio is one place to do it properly.

Search every listing source, choose the homes worth seeing, share them on a private page with your name on it, and plan the tour day — without juggling five apps.

  1. 01

    Search everything, not one site

Estaio searches every major MLS and brokerage feed at once, so the right home turns up even when the big marketplaces don't show it.

  2. 02

Send a short list, not thirty links

Pick the homes worth your client's Saturday and put them on one clean page. It looks like your work, because it is.

  3. 03

Plan the day, not just the list

Tell Estaio where you're starting and it orders the homes by drive time, with a schedule your client can open on their phone.

№ 002 — Origin

Why we
built this.

Real estate agents are extraordinary operators. They juggle sourcing, negotiation, paperwork, logistics, and people — often for clients making the largest purchase of their lives. The tools they're handed haven't kept up.

For years, agents have been told to live inside CRMs designed for sales teams, portals designed for shoppers, and spreadsheets designed for nothing in particular. Each one optimizes for someone else in the room. None of them optimize for the agent.

Estaio is the first workspace built around the actual motion of the work — search, curate, share, show — and the standard a great agent already holds themselves to. The software finally meets them there.

№ 003 — The Standard

What we hold
ourselves to.

  • Private by default

Your client lists are unindexed. Your share pages aren't searchable. Your data isn't training material. The lock isn't a setting — it's how the product is shaped.

  • Built around the workflow

We didn't bend a CRM into shape. We watched agents work — from first prompt to the curb on Day of Show — and built each surface around the actual motion.

  • Quietly precise

No dashboards counting your missed touches. No funnels measuring your closeness to anyone. We weigh fewer things, but we weigh them well.

  • On your side of the table

Your relationship with your client is the product worth protecting. Estaio is built to disappear into your name — never to replace it, never to compete with it.

№ 004 — People

Small,
by design.

Estaio is a small, focused team — engineers, designers, former agents, and former brokerage operators. We ship every week. We answer support ourselves. We build for the person on the other side of the screen.

We hire selectively, on purpose. We'd rather keep the work close than spread it thin. A short list of people, each doing the part of the craft they care about most.

Currently based out of Los Angeles, with teammates in New York, Lisbon, and Singapore.

№ 005 — Promise

The list of things
we'll never do is long.

We're committed to fair housing, accurate listings, and the trust your client places in you. Our data comes from licensed MLS feeds, handled with the care the source requires.

We won't surface your seller's address in third-party marketing. We won't index share pages for public search. We won't train external models on your client conversations. We won't sell your data — not under any euphemism, not to anyone, ever.

The lock is the product. So is the silence around it.
