Four things we
actually mean.
Every team has values listed on its careers page. Most don't survive the second week. These four shape how we hire, what we ship, and what we say no to — and we'd rather show you, than tell you.
Ship every week
We release every Friday. Short loops keep the work honest and the bar moving. We trust the small, frequent improvement over the big, infrequent reveal.
Taste is a feature
The rectangles we ship show care. Whitespace, type rhythm, copy, easing — all of it counts. The standard we hold the product to is the standard we hold the work to.
Depth over breadth
We'd rather build five surfaces beautifully than fifty surfaces adequately. Resist the SaaS instinct to grow features instead of refining them.
Small, on purpose
We hire selectively. The work stays close to the team that does it. Support is answered by the person who wrote the code. The product is shaped by the practitioner.
